The Fluke 190 Series III ScopeMeter diagnostic tools are designed to accompany you everywhere and allow you to perform any troubleshooting task during this process. These CAT III 1,000 V / CAT IV 600 V test tools combine rugged portability and high performance of benchtop oscilloscopes. The goal: to help you easily meet the challenges of installing, commissioning, and maintaining industrial machinery, automation control systems and processes, and power conversion electronic devices, from DC to 500 MHz.
