The reference oil allows you to calibrate or adjust a Testo fryer oil tester. Simply immerse the measuring device (in calibration mode) in oil heated to approx. 50°C. For calibration, the display of the measuring device is compared to the value printed on the reference oil bottle and noted. Or you adjust the measuring device to this value.
