Fluke-710 Loop Calibrator and Control Valve Tester

The Fluke 710 loop calibrator is designed to perform quick and easy tests on HART smart control valves. With built-in test procedures and an intuitive user interface, the 710 allows for quick and easy valve testing. The quick control check results will indicate whether the valve is in good, fair, or poor operating condition, helping you quickly decide if additional maintenance is needed. With the HART communication function integrated into the 710 valve test loop calibrator, you can generate a 4-20 mA signal to move the smart control valve while interpreting the HART feedback signal from the valve to determine if it is positioning correctly. In addition to position information, the measured pressure output by the valve's internal I/P (which moves it) can be determined via the HART communication protocol. The 710 features built-in test procedures that automatically increase and adjust the mA signal while monitoring the HART position and pressure return of the control valve, providing a better overall view of the valve's operation with just the press of a button.
