Keysight N6705C - Modular SMU Chassis
The N6705C concentrates in a single instrument all the necessary tools for analyzing, testing, and validating a DC system.
Configurable in its power supply function, it has 4 slots for a wide selection of 36 modules.
Other integrated functions of the modules include SMU, voltmeter/ammeter, oscilloscope, function generator, and recorder.
Functionality accessible on the front panel, avoiding the need to create a program to synchronize various instruments.
Analysis capabilities:
