Tektronix MDO4MSO - Option for MDO4000 series

This option includes a digital probe P6616 and accessories.
Single and permanent upgrade to any model through a single-use application module hardware key.
The hardware key is used to activate the function and is not needed for future use.
It can be used with MDO4000C series oscilloscopes.
