Matrix BL0169 LCD display card 4 lines 20 characters E-blocks2

The LCD BL0169 card features a 4-line, 20-character LCD display compatible with standard HD44780 type displays.

There are some differences between the LCD BL0169 display and standard HD44780 type displays:
Scrolling cursor and blinking cursor display commands are not supported.
Configuration of special characters is supported.
