Fluorescence initiation kit - The Lab Assistant

This kit has been designed to introduce to the observation and measurement of fluorescence in spectrophotometry. The compounds in the kit have been selected to study various characteristics and behaviors in fluorescence. This kit has been developed to be used with the USB/Bluetooth Jeulin Spectrophotometer, but it can be adapted to other models. The quantities available in the kit allow the preparation of solutions with suitable concentrations, and can be adjusted to carry out other experiments. For example, the amount of quinine provided allows the study of its fluorescence, as well as the quantification of quinine in Schweppes.
